What is the intranda TaskManager?
The intranda TaskManager displays and manages key information about current tasks within the digitisation process. Equipped with a host of superb and extremely handy functions, it is designed to help you work more quickly through the individual tasks that make up the digitisation workflow.
Highly efficient digitisation management
TaskManager creates separate queues for the various digitisation tasks such as OCR, image conversion, image validation and exporting to an archive system. This means that instead of potentially obstructing each other, they can be processed quickly and efficiently. CPU-intensive tasks can even be clustered across a number of systems.
The user interface gives you an overview and a series of management tools for the different types of task being processed. This allows you to prioritise or pause certain tasks, monitor your progress and make improvements as required. You can do so, for example, by changing the sequence of tasks in each queue or by directly cancelling a particular task. The cutting-edge user interface brings together all the main administrative functions together with visuals in the form of diagrams and statistics.
